A) There are three type of qualities that are produced : (a) Virgin PP Mats (b) Semi- virgin PP Mats (c) Recycled PP Mats. 

A) We produce two qualities 440 GSM & 530 GSM, but most widely accepted weight is 440GSM.

A) Functionally, both qualities are same. More colors can be made in virgin PP as compared to recycled PP. The color consistency is also superior in virgin PP. Mats made out of recycled PP have a good eco appeal. 

A) Maximum 4 Colors are possible in PP Mats.

A) Yes it can be made in any pantone color if we use Virgin PP. But if it’s made from Recycled PP some times it may not be possible.

A) Almost any design can be woven on the Mats. But Pictures & Photos are not exactly visible in these mats.

A) Standard Size is 90 x 150, 90 x 180, 120 x 180, 150 x 210, 150 x 240, 180 x 270.

A) Standard widths are 60, 75, 90, 120, 150, 180 & 270. Width in between can also be made but for specific quantities & requirements. Widths above 180 are made by joining two or more pieces.

A) Weight: +/- 5%   Length: +/- 3%   Width: +/- 2%

A) These Mats are great for the outdoors. The mats can be UV protected to prevent fading of colors and the plastic from disintegration from exposure to sunlight. 

A) The Rugs / Mats are individually packed in poly bags and then in HDPE Bales. 

A) a. 20’- In a 20’, 5000 sq meters can be shipped. b. 40’ HQ- in a 40’ HQ, close to 11,500 sq meters can be shipped. 

A) The lead time for a 20’ is 20-25 working days and for a 40’ hq is 35-40 working days.
